Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Creditaria Holding USA, Inc. ("we", "us"), which operates the Mexico Mortgage Hub brand, collects, uses and shares personal information through mexicomortgagehub.com (in English and Spanish), our forms, email, phone and WhatsApp (the "Services"). It applies to people in the United States, Mexico and Canada; sections 9 to 11 add the rules of each country.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone number, country, preferred language and message when you use a contact, consultation or pre-qualification form, or write to us by email or WhatsApp.
- Financing application information: if you ask to pre-qualify or apply for a mortgage, the information the lender needs to evaluate it, such as identification, nationality and residence, employment and income, pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns, information about the property and, with your authorization, your credit report or score.
- Automatically collected: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and language preference, through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
We ask for financial documents only when you apply for financing. Please send them only through the secure upload link our advisor gives you, not by chat.
2. How we use it
To answer your questions; to pre-qualify you, prepare your application and submit it to the lenders you choose; to follow up on your process until closing; to verify your identity and comply with the law, including anti-money-laundering rules; to improve and secure the Services; and to send marketing messages as described in section 5.
3. How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With the lenders you apply to (banks and financial institutions in Mexico) and with the parties needed to close your loan, such as appraisers and notaries, only to process your application.
- With our affiliates, such as Homes in Mexico, only if you ask about properties.
- With service providers that act on our behalf under confidentiality obligations: website hosting, our CRM and document storage, email delivery, WhatsApp (Meta), and Google (website analytics and advertising).
- When required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a merger or sale of our business.
Financial information. We do not share the information from your financing application with companies outside our group for their own marketing, and we do not share it with our affiliates for their marketing.
Advertising. We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tags on our site to measure visits and our advertising and to show our ads to people who visited the site (remarketing). Google may use cookies and similar technologies for this. This may be considered "targeted advertising" or "sharing" under some state laws; you can opt out as described in section 9.
4. Your advisor
Your request is attended by an advisor of our team, who keeps the conversation and your documents in our CRM so the team can follow up.
5. Email, phone and WhatsApp messages
When you ask us to contact you, we reply about your request. We send marketing messages only to people who agreed to receive them. Emails include an unsubscribe link; on WhatsApp you can reply STOP at any time. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
6. Retention
We keep personal information while your request or application is active and as long as needed for legal, accounting, regulatory and dispute purposes, including the periods required by our agreements with lenders; then we delete or de-identify it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), and we keep financing documents in cloud storage with access limited to the people who handle your application. No system is completely secure.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (under 18 in Mexico), and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. United States: your choices and rights
- Opt out of targeted advertising: write to contact@mexicomortgagehub.com with the subject "Opt out", turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (we honor it as an opt-out: our advertising and analytics tags do not load), or manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
- Access, correct or delete your personal information, or stop marketing messages: write to contact@mexicomortgagehub.com.
Depending on your state, you may have additional rights; we honor these requests for all U.S. residents and will not discriminate against you for using them. We verify your identity before acting on a request.
